This listing is for 15 separate feathers, all natural colors. I will select 15 feathers that look good together. Please note that these feathers come with silicone-lined micro-beads, so you can put them in and not have to mess with them again for at least 6 weeks. These are not the kind that come attached to a little claw clip or barrette and need to be taken out at the end of the day. (You can take them out and reuse them whenever you want. When they start to grow out you can just reattach back closer to your scalp with a new micro bead.) These extensions are super easy to put in - I put in my own in less than 10 minutes. Of course, it's even easier if you have someone do it for you - and yes, even hair-challenged boyfriends can do it! With the included fishing line and instructions you'll have fabulous extensions in no time! The best part is that you can treat them just like your regular hair: curl or straighten them (medium heat), swim, shower, put them up in a ponytail, etc. I do not bundle the feathers together - they will arrive as 15 separate feathers. This way is the most flexible - you can decide to bundle them yourself (or not). To bundle the feathers, simply insert more than one into the microlink before you close it. Note that you need a pair of needle-nose pliers to put in or take out the feathers! The feathers, being the product of real live birds, do vary slightly in texture, length, width, pattern, color, etc. The average length is between 9 and 14 inches. They can be trimmed down for shorter hair. Also, some feathers have the little poof at the top, and some don't. I leave the poofs on, so that if you like it, you have it, and if you don't, just trim it off with a pair of scissors.
